The Consultant shall perform consultation, research, professional and technical services required for Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Services, including, but not limited to, Project Development, Structure Design, and Structure Construction Support Services, on an “as-needed” basis to support the Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Division of Engineering Services, Project Delivery Program, District 59, from 0 phase to 3 phase completion of Structure Design Projects of proposed Caltrans transportation facilities in Districts 5, 6, 9, 10
