CA Traffic Control Devices Committee

New Traffic Control Devices under the Office of Traffic Engineering provides the administrative support for the California Traffic Control Devices Committee (CTCDC). This committee is the vehicle by which the Department fulfills its obligation to consult with local agencies and the public, before adopting rules and regulations prescribing uniform standards and specifications for all official traffic control devices used in California.

 Pursuant to Government Code 11123.1 and 11125(f), individuals with disabilities who require accessible alternative formats of the agenda and related meeting materials and/or auxiliary aids/service to participate in meetings should email Timothy Kong or write to the Division of Safety Programs, CTCDC Secretary, California Department of Transportation, 1120 N Street, MS 36, Sacramento, CA 95814. Requests should be made as soon as possible and must be received 10 business days prior to the meeting.
