Winter Travel Information

Caltrans District 2 would like to remind motorists to be prepared for rain and winter weather conditions when traveling during the winter months. Always follow the instructions from Caltrans and CHP, do not use non-highway alternative routes during highway closures, slow down when you see amber lights, never pass a snowplow, and always carry chains.
